WE DO IT RIGHT!

-Back to Home Page-

Customer had french doors and wanted the shutters to completely clear the doors, so they would be un-obstructed, yet covered by shutters.
The shutters are made ceiling to floor, wall to wall, on rollers (bypass track system). (see 2 pics below also)

This was a job that multiple other Shutter companies refused to bid (claimed it couldn't be done), due to the close proximity of the granite/cabinet to the window.
Dan Birch's Custom Blinds & Shutters gladly covered it (and the rest of their windows) !

This is a fairly common kitchen window cut-out for shutters, which allows the customer to have a granite backsplash, done with cut-outs and a sil cut.

Customer had several of these arch windows, and wanted to have an on-obstructed view that could be covered. These Hunter Douglas Duette Shades
were a nice touch! (see 2 pics below, also)

This is a window that the customer wanted to maintain the integrity of his arch, with no straight
blind over the window.  We created an inverted roller shade, retracting into a cornice box below the window.
(see 2 pics below)

mini blind before 2" fauxwood blind
This is a treatment (a 1" alluminum mini blind) before Dan Birch transoformed the window.....

2" fauxwood blind, superior blinds sand blasted off-white
And this is after, a 2" Fauxwood blind, Superior Blinds, Sand Blasted off-white.

Same blind, different camera exposure so you can see the valance better.

This is a black-out (or room darkening) cell shade.  Notice the light seepage around side edges.
This is normal, but must be considered when choosing this product.
